The short version

RestorePA is a directory and referral website operated by Aetheris Innovations. We list Pennsylvania restoration businesses compiled from public information. We do not perform restoration work, dispatch crews, or guarantee that anyone will answer, show up, or do a good job. You hire the contractor — not us.

Listings are not endorsements

Phones, websites, certifications, 24/7 claims, years in business, and licenses shown on profiles come from public sources or the company's own claims. Featured badges on the directory are editorial ranking unless a shop has purchased Featured placement. We do not independently verify after-hours pickup, insurance, or workmanship before a listing appears.

Always verify licensing, insurance, and references before you hire. If this is life-threatening, call 911 first.

Homeowner requests

Submitting the help form or calling the hotline is free. You authorize us to share your request with matched contractors. We do not charge homeowners a referral fee. Response time depends on the shops we reach — we do not promise a crew in under 60 minutes.

Contractors and Featured

Free listings may be claimed and updated after we verify you represent the business. Featured Standard and Featured Premium are month-to-month advertising products billed through Stripe. Cancel anytime; we do not refund partial months unless required by law. Exclusive emergency leads, when offered, are a separate product — you only pay if you accept.

No warranty

The site is provided as-is. Aetheris Innovations is not liable for contractor work, missed calls, property damage, or insurance outcomes. Our liability for any claim related to the site is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months (often $0 for homeowners).
