Who we are

RestorePA (restore-pa.com) is a Pennsylvania contractor directory operated by Aetheris Innovations. We are not a restoration company, not a licensing board, and not a Commonwealth of Pennsylvania program.

What we collect

• Emergency help form: name, phone, ZIP, problem type, urgency, insurance status, and optional email, city, and damage description.
• Contractor claim / Featured form: your name, company, work email, phone, listing, plan, and optional message.
• Chat: whatever you type, plus a session id, so we can qualify a request. Do not send medical details or payment card numbers.
• Technical: IP address (rate limiting), Vercel Analytics page views, and standard server logs.

How we use it

Homeowner requests exist so we can match you with Pennsylvania restoration contractors who cover your area and problem type, call you back on the hotline, and operate the directory. Contractor submissions exist so we can verify listings and (if you choose) bill Featured placement.

We do not sell homeowner leads on a public marketplace. Matched contractors may receive your name, phone, location, and problem details so they can call you. Featured billing is handled by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers on RestorePA.

Who sees it

• Matched restoration contractors (homeowner emergency requests).
• Service providers we use to run the site (hosting, email, database, payments, analytics).
• Anyone we must tell if the law requires it.

Retention and your choices

We keep lead and claim records as long as needed to route jobs, resolve disputes, and meet legal duties, then delete or anonymize them. Email leads@restore-pa.com to access, correct, or ask us to delete personal information we hold. We will still keep what the law requires.

Children

RestorePA is for adult homeowners and contractors. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
