Luzerne County restoration directory
Luzerne County's RestorePA city is Wilkes-Barre: Susquehanna floodplain, Agnes memory, and Wyoming Valley shops.
Wilkes-Barre listings are SERVPRO of Hanover & Pittston Township (Hanover Township HQ, Wilkes-Barre township in the about copy), SERVPRO of Kingston (Wilkes Barre in the published service area), Advanced DRI's Peckville office (Wilkes-Barre on the PA coverage page), Integra-Clean & Dry (Northeastern PA), Rainbow Restoration of Northeast Pennsylvania (Wilkes-Barre on the cities list), and Disaster Blaster of Scranton (Wilkes-Barre on the location page). Scranton is the Lackawanna hub next door — do not assume the same truck.

Luzerne County questions
Is Kingston or Pittston on its own RestorePA page?
No. Those names appear as SERVPRO franchise territories. Use the Wilkes-Barre city page and confirm your borough when you call.
Does the 1972 Agnes flood change who I hire today?
It changes the building: older Valley housing was rebuilt, raised, or still sits in a mapped floodplain. Overland river water is still a flood-insurance question. A burst pipe is still an HO-3 question. Say which source you have.
